Can Cloudflare proxy public game server ports?
Not for the normal paid production path. Reactor uses Cloudflare for HTTP preview flows and moves paid game servers to direct TCP or UDP hosting when players need a real game address.
Do I need both TCP and UDP open?
It depends on the game. Many game servers use UDP for gameplay and TCP for query, RCON, or admin tools. Open only the required ports.
Should RCON be public?
Usually no. Restrict RCON or admin ports by source IP, VPN, or control panel access wherever possible.
